PS Plate Gum ConcentrateThe product is produced with Japanese advanced technology and excellent water-soluble resin. The advantage is a good film forming, good water soluble, protect ps plate surface from dirtying or broking because of oxidation. One type for the hand-painted, original fluid use, another type is for machine-painted, the ratio is 1:1. Application method: ps plate exposal->develop->retouching->wash->dry->plate surface->pour gum solution on the plastic bubble(blister)->smear gum solution thinly on the surface of plate->airing->store in shade so to be standby. Caution: 1. Before smearing gum solution, dry the water on the surface of the plate with bubble 2. The quality of gum solution used should be controlled within 10ml/squm.
